Application of CAE software:
CAE software is the advanced technology which can analyze the gating system, estimate its performance and put forward the improvements to optimize the casting. This technology can analog the mold filling and solidification process, and predict the shrinkage, gas entrainment and powder entrainment, so it can decrease the rejection rate and assure the non-defect product.
Application of CFD software:
CFD software can predict the internal flow field of pump and external characteristics, and analog the motion of slurry in the pump inside, then adjust the angle and thickness of impeller blade which can make it have wider flow channel to decrease the slurry speed and impact to the wet parts. This technology can reduce the abrasion and raise the hydraulic efficiency of pump.

Features:
ZGAH(M, HH) series pumps have the horizontal and cantilever structure; They are suitable for the transportation of slurry of strong abrasion and high concentration. They can also be connected in series.
The casings of ZGM and ZGAH series pumps have the replaceable wear metal lining and rubber lining, and the impellers are made of wear metal or rubber. The lining and impeller of HH pump is made of wear metal.
The shaft sealing of ZGAH(M, HH) series pumps is packing seal or centrifugal seal. The discharge outlet can be adjusted at eight directions with intervals of 45 degree.
