6X400KW natural gas/landfill Gas Generator set/power plant

General Description
For this LPG gas (high detonation tendency gas) application, we would like to recommend the combination of 5+1 units of Avespeed brand 12V190 gas engine generator sets, with model 400GF1-PWT.
Rated power output of 400GF1-PWT is 400kW, at 24/7 operation the genset can output at 400kW continuously.

According to difference on cooling method, 400GF1-T has two different types, one is 400GF1-PWT, the other is 400GF1-RT. PWT uses remote radiator to chill the engine coolant, while RT uses heat exchanger plus open type cooling tower to chill the engine cooling water.

For this application, we would propose 400GF1-PWT, which uses a fan radiator to directly chill engine jacket water.

400GF1-PWT is driven by a Avespeed brand T12V190ZLDK gas engine, which is a rigid, highly efficient and proven gas engine for oilfield application. To suit the characteristic of LPG gas, compression ratio of this engine is reduced to 7.5: 1, meanwhile its configuration doesn't include turbocharger and aftercooler which is normally seen on gas engines. Simple structure, medium speed of 1200rpm ensure this genset can output continuously and stably at its rated capacity under 24/7 operation mode.

The gas engine and alternator are mounted on the same skid, and the alternator is elastically coupled to the flywheel of the gas engine.
