Product Description

The Diesel Seawater Motor Pump must be new, recently manufactured and comply with the technical specifications below.
The supplier will provide the Customer with all the technical documentation necessary for the identification and proper use of the motor pump in French as well as the minimum training necessary for commissioning the motor pump.
A site visit by bidders is mandatory.
The proposed Diesel Seawater Motor Pump will be delivered fully equipped and ready for use and must comply with current standards and regulations.
The Diesel Seawater Motor Pump will be installed by the supplier, the field personnel provided by the supplier must be capable, qualified and able to perform the required tasks and must be empowered to make decisions.
The main requirements that the services listed in these specifications must meet must in no case be considered exhaustive (limiting).

• The pump must be designed to operate under the specified site conditions (site climatic data)
• The pump must be capable of continuous operation, without cavitation, for any duration at any point across the flow range, from minimum to maximum flow.
• The pump shall be suitable for continuous and intermittent operation with minimal maintenance under the conditions specified herein and comply with NFPA20 rules and shall be FM/UL listed.
• The pump must be equipped with a non-return rotation system and the necessary precautions to avoid damage due to reverse rotation.
• Couplings, rotating parts, gears (if any), projecting equipment, hot parts or any other potentially hazardous devices must be fully enclosed or properly guarded to prevent possible injury to personnel in the vicinity of the equipment and must comply with all applicable safety regulations.
