4.1 Supply scope and Performance guarantee
4.1.1 Supply scope of centrifugal pumps
(1) Pump model test
(2) One of vertical shaft single-stage single-suction centrifugal water pump equipment with a designed flow rate of no less than 3.5m ³ /s, mainly including: runner, main shaft, water guide bearing, main shaft seal, seat ring, volute, top cover, bottom ring, inner lining of the machine pit, inlet cone pipe, outlet cone pipe, maintenance platform, middle disassembly equipment and related control systems of the unit, etc. The entire set consists of disassembly tools, spare parts and special tools for four water pumps.
4.1.2 Types and General Requirements
(1) Type
The type of water pump is a vertical shaft, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal water pump. The rated speed is 750r/min. The water pump and the motor are directly connected through the main shaft flange. The rotation direction is: When viewed from above, the four water pumps rotate clockwise.
The disassembly and assembly methods of the impeller adopt middle disassembly and top disassembly. The detachable parts of the water pump include the impeller, main shaft, main shaft sealing device, guide bearing, bearing support, top cover, leak-stopping ring and anti-wear plate. These components should be able to be lifted and pulled out from the side of the machine pit by using dedicated temporary lifting devices.
The water pump provided by the seller shall be guaranteed to be completely geometrically similar to the model water pump used at the time of model acceptance. The control dimensions of the volute shell and the elbow type inlet pipe, as well as the dimensions and materials related to the civil construction, etc., shall meet the requirements of the drawings attached to this contract document. If there are any deviations, they must be approved by the buyer. The height of the bottom plate of the designed tail water pipe shall not be lower than the requirements of the contract.
