This technical specification is compiled based on the fact that the motor thrust is placed on the upper frame (suspended structure) and the pump unit adopts a two-shaft structure (pump main shaft and intermediate shaft). 2) The water pump should be directly connected to a 50Hz synchronous AC motor. 3) The components and auxiliary equipment of the water pump shall be interchangeable among the water pump and its auxiliary equipment under this contract. 4) All components that need to be lifted must be equipped with dedicated lifting ring bolts, lifting lugs or lifting devices that are convenient for loading and unloading.
5) All components of the water pump should be capable of withstanding and ensuring that the static and dynamic loads generated during continuous operation within the head and flow range specified in the contract documents are within the allowable range. The dynamic stress generated during the transition from start-up to shutdown should not cause excessive vibration of each component, nor should there be any plastic deformation or fatigue damage. 6) The water pump adopts top-disassembly and mid-disassembly methods. The seller shall clearly state and provide the main external dimensions and disassembly steps of the detachable components, and provide special lifting gear, tools and equipment for disassembling and assembling the core package (if adopted), as well as special brackets and tools for replacing components such as impellers at the installation site.
