1.Operators sould be familiar with the operation of generating units, operating methods, and all control bodies, manual valves, stopping body position.
2.In the engine room or near the unit, must hoisting of danger notices warning signs associated personnel:
(1)Uints exist electric shocks danger;
(2)Uints exist scald danger;
(3)Units exist winding, and collision dangers;
3.To avoid fuel,lubricants,and other fire,engine room No smoking.
4.Engine room or other nearest shouldmaintain an appropriate level of fire service equipment (proposed CO2 fire extinguishers).
5.Grounding the entire unit reliably, and meet the applicable requirements of neutral grounding.
6.Above and around the unit should not be unrelated equipment, obstructions and dangerous goods, should be keeping the floor dry and clean without oil.
7.Units will be run by noise,suggest that the staff wear suitable protective equipment,such as earmuffs vehicles.
8.Before any maintenance,must cut off all power lines,particularly the Dcpower supply circuit (remove the battery's anode and cathode),the warning signs must also note "is maintenance", and should have another concern, especially in the narrow region maintenance at the same time should be nitified stop all of this unit operation.
9.To the reliable operation of unit, the settings of unit voltage,frequency,speed and other related parameters and unit controller set up should not be arbitrarily changed except the specialized operators.
