1. Perfect combustion structure
620 series engine is one of lowest fuel consumption high speed engines in the world. The oil consumption iat the rated power ≤ 1g/KW. H, fuel consumption: 190~202g/KWH;
2. Perfect starting ability:
It can be started successfully at -10º C without any accessories. Starting time ≤ 10 Sec;
3. Two starting type:
Electrical starting and air starting;
4. Perfect low load condition:
The air inlet system choose 'HALLO' technical to improves burning performance and reduces fuel consumption. Can be allowed long time operation at 20% load;
5. Convenient maintenance:
TBD620 engines has high reliability and advantages of compact structure, those excellences reduces the workload of maintenance or repairing. All accessories equipped around the engine for replace easily. It is not necessary to hang up the engine for disassembly except main bear and crankshaft;
6. Lower exhyaust temperature:
Exhaust temperature(before turbo charge / after turbo charge ): 600º C/450º C, it would be provide a better working condition for operator;
7. Lower noise:
Noise level at rated power 105~107dB(A) (with generator);
8. Advantages of compact structure:
Good rigidity, High structure strength, lower distortion to endures the higher combustion pressure;
9. Meet the needs of IMO for Nox request;
10. Without special request for Lub. Oil.
