600HP low speed marine diesel engine for container ships
6300 Marine Diesel Engines Introduction:
Model 6300 diesel engine is the new product of 300 series diesel engine, which is independently researched and designed by ourselves, has the characteristics of lower fuel consumption, larger load carry capacity, durability and adaptability, can use heavy oil.

To improve enhancement degree and economical degree, it adopts the technical measures incl.
1. Septum heightened structured cylinder head to increase section rigidity. Valve and seat is of bead weld cobalt base alloy to prolong use life, valve rotary structure to solve valve seat partial wear.
2. Flame ring to remove carbon deposit, improve gas sealing and reduce oil consumption.
3. Nodular cast iron thin wall inner support structured piston, crown with inner oscillating oil cave.
4. Saw-toothed oblique cut connecting rod, small end bush and piston pin use step match to improve specific pressure.
5. Crankshaft main journal and connecting rod journal are same of 245mm. One added main bearing at flywheel end effectively control web deflection.
6. Hydraulic with no key structured cam and shaft. 7. Charged air cooling to enhance engine power performance and economy.

Characteristics:
1. Meet with: ISO3046, ISO8178
2. Main application: Ocean fishing vessels, tugboats/oil tankers, container ships, passenger and cargo ships, engineering vessels
3. Low fuel consumption, high capacity of loading, reliable running, convenient operation, HFO capability
4. The engine block is of gantry box structure, form an integrity with under slung crankshaft to reduce vibration.
5. The crankshaft is high quality steel alloy integral full grain die forging, designed with counterweight for each cylinder, manufactured with complete machining techniques, dynamic equilibrium inspection is taken to avoid crank unbalancing.
