400KW biogas generator set/Generating Sets with CHP system
General introduction
The project proposes to use 1 unit of automated mute containerized biogas generator sets with the model of 400GJZ1-PwZ-ESM1, ancillary cooling system, electrical system, biogas transmission and pretreatment system and other ancillary production system manufactured by AVESPEED Group to construct a biogas power plant with a total installed capacity of 400kW. The 400V, 50 Hz alternate current generated by generator sets shall be of low-voltage and grid-connected running.

1. Flexible installation capacity
Customers can install appropriate number of units of generators according to specific load requirement. The unit capacity of AVESPEED generator ranges from 30kw to 600kw. The capacity of the engine can be increased easily to meet the requirement of increasing load thereby reducing shortage of power supply or avoiding excessive installation capacity.
2. Flexible system operation
With the features of quick starting, synchronization and quick on-load, when power supply is needed, customer can start generator according to specific load. No matter how long the generator operates per year, AVESPEED generator will provide power supply with consistent efficiency.

The installation of generator could be centralized or in distribution. If the location of the system load is frequently changed, containerized generator is an option.
4. Flexible fuel quality
AVESPEED has a generator for each of the different types/quality of gas, such as piped natural gas, associated gas, coal-bed methane and biogas. Briefly, gas with calorific value above 3.5 MJ can be used.
5. Flexible maintenance plan
Flexible maintenance plan can be made for generator in parallel operation. The customer can opt to maintain the generator by rotation, so the power supply of the system will not be interrupted during maintenance. Maintenance of one generator will not affect the normal power supply of other generators.
