N6170 Introduction:
Model N6170 diesel engine, incorporated by foreign and domestic advance technology of the like products, inherited G300 engines' advantages, introduced modern advanced design and calculation technology, is independently developed new generation of energy efficient, environment friendly heavy oil medium speed large power diesel engine. It has the advantages of advance index, reliable performance, easy maintenance, fine appearance, and features low height, short length, compact structure among engines within same power range.
Main structure characteristics: 1. Underslung crankshaft with reduced vibration. 2. Journal to reduce crankshaft deflection, effectively control web deflection, enhance gear transmission accuracy. 3. Fame ring to remove carbon deposit, improve gas sealing, reduce oil consumption. 4. Three pieces connecting rod with larger journal to reduce bearing taken specific pressure and enhance working reliability. 5. Full equilibrium crankshaft fitted with silicone oil damper at free end to effectively reduce crankshaft tensional vibration strength. 6.700Cst/50 heavy fuel system.
