1000KW waste tyre pyrolysis oil/plastice oil Generator set1. Test objective:
According the project for tyre oil power plant purpose, AVESPEED. tests on the special oil supplied from client by AVESPEED G300 diesel engine on its factory engine test bench.
The test objective is to certify whether the No.4 tyre oil can burn well on the G300 diesel engine or not. AVESPEED. tests the engine by diesel oil and the No.4 tyre oil, and records the engine running parameters. AVESPEED should give the test result for comparing and make a conclusion on the test to client for their decision.

1. Test Processing and data record
4.1 Pre-test at Mar.23
AVESPEED use a new engine model G6300ZD6. AVESPEED do ex-work test for the engine. The engine running with diesel and adjust all parameters to suitable for ex-work conditions. AVESPEED engineer record all test data for diesel running which for compare with the tyre oil using.
Mar.23 PM AVESPEED start the engine with diesel and warm the engine, then pick load from Hydraulic dynamometer to 100%. Then change over the fuel from diesel to tyre oil and record all parameter for the tyre oil running, and made a contrast on line. AVESPEED engineer made a decision after 100% load with tyre oil operation.
AVESPEED factory adjust engine parts and parameters of the G6300ZD6 to fit to use the tyre oil according their engineer's judge.
